I hope you don’t have a ruptured appendix — or a shellfish allergy. After they did a CT scan for the same thing I got hives from the contrast medium (iodine) they injected. I wasn’t even aware that I had a mild shellfish allergy. Nikki
No ruptured appendix. Not even a swollen appendix. No shellfish allergy either. But that contrast medium was no fun. Warm, icky nastiness.
I was lucky: I didn’t experience the warmth factor when I had my CT scan.
