Yep – here’s where you get the skinny (heh!) on my progress. Eventually, there will be pictures. But not today. Unless you count the header picture, which is my honey and me on our wedding day, March 15 2009 (yes, we got married on the Ides of March). And for the record, future pictures won’t be nekkid, either.
For now, my plan is to have an official, posted weigh-in each Saturday. But privately? I weigh myself every day. It helps me keep track of things like the impact my frickin’ hormones have on my weight, and also helps me figure out if particular foods make me retain water.
Also of note, my husbands progress is listed below mine. Because he won’t let me give y’all the actual numbers (but he wants his stats reported – such a diva, no?!), all I have are percentages lost or gained. So if you’re wondering why I have a pretty chart and he doesn’t, well… now you know.
